X-TREMEFIX – is a quality universal adhesive based on polyurethane. The advantages of the adhesive lie in its applicability to a wide range of materials, its easy application and the excellent parameters of glued joints. The joints have high strength, are transparent, flexible and waterproof. Temperature resistance -30°C to +80°C.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

All gluedsurfacesmustbecleananddry.Some rubber surfaces (Hypalon) needtobecoarsened withemerypaper.Toachieveaflawlessresultwe recommend to degrease both glued surfaces with acetone (this is only needed when the surfacesaregreasy,otherwiseyoumayskipit). Withabrushoraspatula,putathinlayerofglue on both of the surfaces. Repeat twice or three times if the surfaces are more absorbent. When the gluehasdriedabit(3to5minutes),applythe patch and press it down. You may use a roller. The bondgains its solidity after 24 hours.After 1 hour the bodd is solid enough to be weighed downslightly (i.e. mending inflatable boats). The bond is flexible and water resistant. Unclean toolscanbecleanedwithacetone. Byusingthehardener X-TREMEFIXHARTER it is possible to achieve faster hardening of the bonds and increase their heat resistance. Dosage of hardener: 5 units of hardener for 100 unitsofglue.Thehardenerisnotapartoftheset.
