A real expedition kayak with a lot of space for baggage, which can be used for setting out on long trips along the coasts and sea bays or for exploration of fjords and big lakes or large estuaries.
The SEAKER kayak has been awarded with the Paddler‘s Pick Award by the American Magazine PADDLER on the basis of results of tests undertaken by its editors and respondents. The Seaker kayak highly exceeded other products in the field of paddlesport equipment in these tests!
SEAKER I
The SEAKER is the first inflatable kayak that can be called a “sea kayak” with no exaggeration. The long, slender kayak hull is equipped with space for baggage in the bow as well as in the stern; the cockpit is sealed with a spray-deck. The kayak is equipped with plenty of elements for safety and comfort during long trips.
SEAKER II
The tandem version of the Seaker gives pairs the opportunity of sea-kayaking as well. The extended kayak hull gives both paddlers enough room inside the kayak and it offers a large space for baggage under the front and back deck. The kayak equipment complies with the intended use on large lakes, sea bays and estuaries.
The long, slender kayak hull is designed to allow a high travelling speed. It consists of two side cylinders, inflatable bottom equipped with over pressure valve and a deck with inflatable reinforcements. The deck is equipped with a cockpit rim, closed with a spray deck and rubber hatches for access to the baggage space in the bow and stern. Moreover the deck is equipped with two (three in double version) nets made of elastic rope for placing more equipment. There are netting pockets for storing of small things attached to the elastic net. The kayak is equipped with safety circumferential rope and heavy duty carrying handles at the bow and stern.
The inflatable seat with a high beckrest allows comfortable sitting. The footrest is equipped with a pair of stirrups, adjustable according to the paddler´s height. The inner pocket for carrying small items under the deck is one of plenty of practical featurs of the kayak. |

The small volume of the packed kayak and its relatively low weight determine the SEAKER as an ideal boat for paddlers who like sport and adventure and who appreciate typical characteristics of inflatables – safety, ease of transport and speed of preparation for use. The SEAKER kayak can be inflated using a 6 l manual pump in only five to seven minutes!
Materials used:
We have chosen high-grade materials for production of the Seaker kayaks. The side cylinders of the Seaker are made of MIRASOL material – the polyester fabrics with PVC (polyvinylchloride) coating. The bottom and the deck of the kayak are made of NITRILON material – polyester fabrics with a layer of nitrile rubber and a mixture based on natural rubber. Minimum tensile strength of the material: 2800 N (5x20) cm.
The SEAKER can be equipped with a rudder to improve the kayak’s control in rough conditions (wind, waves etc.). The SMART TRACK rudder is attached to the stern of the kayak and is controlled with cords fixed to stirrups of the footrests. The rudder control is very easy and exact. The kayak responds to the rudder readily and the paddler will appreciate the very small turning radius of the kayak.
The rudder is not part of the kayak equipment and must be ordered separately as an accessory. |
