Sales and delivery conditions

Orders

When you choose the best boat for your boating, fill in order form. You will receive confirmation email. We will process your order and as soon as possible to send your quotation including delivery rates.

Payment

1. proforma invoice: In this case you will receive proforma invoice. After the payment is credited to our bank account, we send goods.
2. pay in cash: You can pay in cash at personal acceptance of the goods in Breclav (CZ).

Delivery

Delivery to Czech Republic and Slovakia is free.

Delivery prices are approximate. The exact amount you will receive by email in the price calculation. Shipping price of raft Colorado 450 and rafts Pulsar and shiping to other countries will be provided upon request.

Because of the complexity of international shipping, it is hard to give general guidelines about timing of shipping. Most of our international shipments travel by postal service which takes from 5-9 days.

Orders under 150 EUR usually cannot send. We look at each individual order to determine feasibility.

If the customer doesn’t accept the parcel upon delivery ( - is not present at the stated address at the time of delivery or can’t be reached regarding receipt ) and the parcel is sent back to us, during repeated shipping, the customer will be charged for the first and the second shipping!

Warranty

Products carry a 2 year warranty. By law, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Refunds are handled according to Czech law. You will receive a refund in the amount of the purchase, but not for incurred shipping. Please, send your parcel by regular mail, parcels sent COD will not be accepted.
